allowed or disallowed U/s 40A(3)

With regard, I want to know, If rembursements to employees paid in cash above Rs.20,000 for different Expenses is allowed or not like

telephone remb. 14000
Emtertainment remb 6000
Travel rembrusement 16000

all paid in cash by the co. in a single cash voucher, to a single person
