How many types of allowances apply in salary calculation? & Which is its exemption limit ? I need salary return copy with fill all details for file personal IT return for self.

There are 2 nature of allowances in Income tax, 1. Alliwances based on actual expenses 2. Allowances fixed without based the actual expenses
