24 October 2008 IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR EMPLOYEES INTERESTED,WE WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM SPECIAL ALLOWANCE. CAN PLEASE GIVE THE LIST OF ALLOWANCE WHICH ARE WHOLLY EXEMPT FROM INCOMETAX ANDTHOSE WHICH ARE PARTLY EXEMPT?(other than HRA ANC CONVEYANCE WHICH ARE ALREADY GIVING)
