This query is : Resolved

10 October 2017 Dear Experts,

I have booked a air ticket ( Air India) through make my trip. Make My Trip charged GST in their invoice and i had pay accordingly. But after 2 days i have got a saprate GST invoice from Air India he also charged GST which was i paid already to make my trip. So now can i claim the GST from both Invoices i.e. Make my trip & Air India.

10 October 2017 Air India given the Invoice for Transportation Charges. (You ll be check it)

But, What is the exact charges by Make my trip...?

10 October 2017 Make my trip paid the ticket fare 2400+ GST5% 120 = 2520 to Air India behalf of me then make my trip send me a tax invoice 2520 which was paid to Air India & make my trip service charges 700 + 126 GST 18% = 826/-. Now a subtotal i had pay 3346 then after this process i got a new Tax invoice from Air India which is name of my company along with GSTIN no 2520 was paid by make my trip.
now i want to know which one invoice i can avail ITC

11 October 2017 If you have paid any payment under GST. You can take Input Tax Credit

12 October 2017 Dear Ma'am,
I had paid all amount to Make My Trip not to Air India.

12 October 2017 The query why Air India has charged you and why Make my trip has charged you can be resolved by the respective companies. With regard to GST, if you have paid the GST you can take credit for GST. If you have paid GST to Make my trip as per their invoice, you can take input tax credit and if you have paid GST to Air India you can take input tax credit for the same.
