24 October 2012 Dear Sir,
An assessee whose non agriculture income is only 27000/- u/s 44AD and his agriculture income is Rs. 150000/- then he shuold file ITR 4 or ITR 4S.

Please advise me.

24 October 2012 Please reply that the income which is non agricultural is which income.

In my opinion you can file any one.

24 October 2012 Those who have agricultural income they should be file ITR-4 eventhough their income is liable for Section 44AD because of in ITR-4s their is no schedule or columns for exempted incomes or agricultural income. Because of the agricultural income he should file ITR-4. Eventhough he filing ITR-4 no need to maintain the books and no need to fill balancesheet and P&L and also he has to offer his income according to the section 44AD(because of section 44AD income option and column also available in ITR-4).

So has to fill ITR-4 only for your case.
