24 March 2010 whether a partnership firm can take agricultural land ?

is it necessary that one or more or all of the partner should be the registered agri. land holder ?

28 April 2010 Yes, Partnership firm take agri land.

If any of the partner is non-farmer then it cant buy. It has to convert that land to NA Land

that means that if even one of the partner is non registered agri. land holder, than the said firm can not take agri. land?
