24 July 2013 Does the Company Law allow the postponement of AGM without commencing proceedings on the day scheduled for the meeting? This is not an adjournment? Can any one clarify?

24 July 2013 The meeting has not commenced proceedings, would it still be considered as automatic adjournment. Would 100% shareholders approval be required as specified in S. 171, for such postponement?
