10 December 2009 Can the annual accounts of a company be adopted in Extra ordinary General meeting, if the same are not yet ready on the due date of AGM? Else wat is the procedure to be followed?

10 December 2009 Adoption of annual accounts is business of AGM, hence proper way is to convene AGM, and adjorn it till a/cs are ready.
