provisional admission means icai is allowing to appear exam before completion of articleship and it is subject to completion of 3 years of articleship

U must b applying to Finals after completion of 30 months of articles but before 36 months. That's y u r provisionally allowed to write CA Finals(before completion of ur articles), and the same is showing in ur admit card.
