Adjustment of service tax in gst regime

06 December 2017 Advance received against flat booking before July where service tax has been charged now is being cancelled in december. Will builder refund his amount with service tax? Can builder adjust the tax with gst liability?

09 December 2017 Builder will not able to get refund as there is no such provision.If still builder wants to claim refund then he should refund the entire amount to the flat purchaser.
