Address change in pan

11 July 2015 Dear All,

Recently I have shifted form one city to another. I have changed my address in IT portal to new one. Do I need to apply for change of address PAN Database? OR the change in portal. Please clarify me.

11 July 2015 You need to apply for change in PAN Database by submitting Form for change/correction in PAN Data. Changing address in portal will not change the address in PAN Database.

11 July 2015 Sir,
If I apply for change in PAN Database, Do I get a new PAN Card with other details intact, like PAN Number and Name or can I retain the same PAN Card.

11 July 2015 Yes you will get new PAN Card.
