Is additional VAT applicable on purchase of Capital goods in Gujarat VAT.

31 December 2009 some of items has been kept out from additional VAT purveiw i.e. Gold & silver, Matrial which are coverd U/S 14 of CST etc., apart of these all commodity are levied additional vat.
