28 April 2010 Whether additional Depreciation Claimed on plant and machinery purchased during the year 2009-10 may affect its WDV . Whether additional depreciation can have any effect on the working of deffered tax liability during the year 2009-10.

28 April 2010 Since the depreciation as per income tax act will be more than as per books of accounts deferred tax will have to provided on additional depn also.
