hello all ! my query is regarding pursuance of additional courses besides CA. i m already pursuing b.com course and unknown of the fact that a student can't pursue more than 1 additional course i sent form no. 112(second time) to institute regarding the CS course and also sent them the proofs of joining that course. Institute did not grant me the permission to do CS. now if i appear for the examinations of CS. what possible actions institute can take against me if it gets to know that i appeared for the CS examinations.

see to be on a safer side choose either b.com or CS.In an extreme step of ICAI ,your degree can come under question. So,just choose one option at a time.If ICAI has not granted you permission for CS then either do it after b.com or leave b.com and submit a proof of the same to ICAI and then apply to ICAI again for CS

thank you for your suggestion mam! but i wanted to know, are there any means by which institute will get to know that i appeared for the examinations.! there are so many students who are doing more than one additional courses besides CA. i have also seen some people holding degree of CS, CWA, and CA at the age of 22. has the institute taken any action against such students before ?

yes people do all these course at the same time without informing ICAI. But in that case you won't be even able to show all your degrees in your resume. So, they will be a degree in name only. I don't think specifically search for every student's information. But legally ,there is no way you can do all these courses at one time
