14 February 2016 The Downloaded Excel Utility for filing ST - 3 has the provision. In Sheet 1 item A9 (Taxable Service(s) for which tax is being paid) there is a button "ADD SERVICE". When you click on this button a new line is added to A9. You can choose and insert the necessary service from the drop box dialogue. Once all services are entered you can validate the sheet.
