13 April 2015 I have a packing charges amounting to Rs 66560/- But due to no supported documents for some bills, the department have disallowed 25% of the packing charges as an expense and added back to the income.

Is there any case laws regarding adhoc disallowance to claim 100% of the packing charges which is genuine.
