Today corporate world is developing so in both the part there is advantage and disadvantage, so it is quit difficult to say which one is better, lets take an example in LCS you can earn large range of knowledge but in LCS at the initial stage is quit suffering.In ACS you can secure your future in corporate world by doing job but than your knowledge will be limited.So it is good or bad depend on your requirement.
