24 December 2016 sir main apna itr u/s 44AD mein daakhil karta hoon kya mujhe apne accounts bhi maintain karane honge. thanks

25 December 2016 If you declared presumptive income u/s 44ad no need to maintain books . But is is better to have books for future records.
