Sir, What is the purpose of Payment vouchers ? If Authority letter,Bill, money receipts and evidence is there in a transaction ,then also why it has to be prepared?

its required for various law applicabin india, like party a.c settlment proof. labour law, income tax assessment, sale tax, custome duty, octoris etc.
