Hi Guys, I have incorporated a new company and have very little knowledge about accounting. Its a IT software outsourcing firm. My requirements are:
•Handling our account •Book keeping •Auditing •TAX Returns (Service Tax, Income Tax, etc) •Certificates •Salary Structure for employees (currently we have 5 employees)
Can anyone suggest a good charter to help me with my requirements in Mumbai.
Also if you can tell me what would be the monthly charges for the above job as we are a start-up and want to keep our expenditure minimal.
