23 October 2013 Sir, Whether it is mandatory to submit the e filing copy to the Commercial Tax Office?
If not, is there any penalty ?

07 November 2013 E-filing copy is not mandatory to be filed with Commercial tax Department. Since, all the States are into online filing of returns and payments, only few states are asking for filing of physical copy such as Tamilnadu.
