Hi Friends, I am having one query in which Employee worked for company for 8 months from April-12 to Nov.12 as per salary TDs was calculated and some TDS is pending from deductions as well as payment by company so what should be the solutions for this kindly suggest.

Incase you have any payable to the particular employee, you can deduct from that, otherwise need to show as non deduction of TDS only. in form 16 & form 24 you can show the tax payable by employee
