01 July 2014 if in previous year tax audit is conducted in 44 ad whether in current year we are liable to deducted on professional fee paid

01 July 2014 yes you are if fees exceeds the limit........

01 July 2014 no if you are individual/HUF then no requirement of TDs deduction if audit u/s 44AD. TDS to deducted when audit conduct u/s 44AB.
