CAN U PLZ REPLY ABOUT STARTING OF TWO FIRM AT ONE ADDRESS.

IF WE HAVE RENT DEED OR LEASE DEED.


IF WE HAVE RENT DEED THEN IN WHICH CONDITION WE CAN START TWO FIRM'S BUSINEES AT ONE ADDRESS.
ACN WE HAVE TO PASS THE RENT PAID ENTRY IN P&L A/C.


IF WE HAVE LEASE DEED THEN........SAME ABOVE

01 December 2009 as per my knowledge, two firms in one address cannot accept. but avail with some conditions. get the no objection letter from other firm to run the firm the same address vice versa. we have to separate (partition)the part for the firms in the office, separate board etc even if partners are same. let us get clear from experts

09 December 2009 You have entered into with Rent/lease agreement, their is no problem to have two or more units provided the title of the units displayed at prominent place and made it identical each units. A Clear cut marking is required for that.

The same fact is also required to be disclosed with all statutory authorities at the time of registration.
