18 October 2013 please suggest how to learn securities law and compliances (c.s. executive module-2).and suggest some impotant chapters of it.its becoming impossible to handle.please help.suggest way to secue atleast pass marks for dec 2013 exams.

However, you can search around CCI for the latest notes..

Perhaps ICSI Modules are good enough is you go through thoroughly...
