I would like to know whether it is compulsory to complete the sip programme before taking up the CS executive exammination.

31 October 2013 given that you are required to appear for SIP within registration to executive, it is compulsory to finish to become eligible for the examination

31 October 2013 Frankly Speaking, You can give CS executive without undergoing SIP...

You can do it before or after CS examination as per your convenience...
