The capital of the Company is divided into small units known as Shares. the Capital is known as Share Capital and unit is Share. There are two types of Shares:- 1). Equity Shares 2). Preference Shares
Dividend is paid on the Shares.
The holders of shares are the owners of the Company.They are paid dividend after all thye claims have been satisfied.
