Please inform me whether excise input adjust with service tax output, if service tax registration under WCT.

30 May 2012 the excise and service tax paid on inputs and capital goods can be claimed as CENVAT credit.

and validly availed CENVAT can be used to pay excise or service tax...

so your answer is YES

31 May 2012 Wct service has 3 options one where service tax credit cannot be,availed if composition scheme is being persued. You need to clarify if your are availing abatement, if your ans is affirmative then credit cannot be availed
