04 October 2013 the ans is yes as icai will update it with new compnaies act 2013 but wait it havent made any announcement in this regard.

The Institute will not give you option to buy module as per your choice at the time of registration.

So as and when new modules are available with new amendments you can purchase at your own suitability.
