Please explain about MAT Credit Entitlement applicable to Software Compnaies, how does it get implemented and calculated?

11 June 2009 MAT credit is available in the A/y in which the assessee is having higher assessed tax as per normal provisions of IT Act, 1961 over and above tax calculated as per MAT. For detailed study plz refer the Income tax module
