31 August 2010 A pvt.ltd.company having only rent income and incurred property tax and society maintenance chg towards rented property, my ques is that ,can company claim deducation of both exp under business income.
please reply as soon as fast

31 August 2010 Even if the property is held as stock in trade the company the rent income would fall under the head " Income from House Property"
