14 August 2013 My Client use to give the dividend every year and also pays the dividend tax. It is a pvt ltd company. For the Assessment year 2012-13 (FY 2011-12) the dividend tax of Rs. 50000/- has been paid. in the challan the staff entered wrongly entered as AY 2011-12. Will there be refund of dividend tax during the assessment.
