sir, i have taken termination from one firm and posted it for icai chennai office but i had forgot to write number of days leave taken is there any solution for this problem

Either Send a revised form informing the previous letter already sent to ICAI, If not, the Decentralized Office will send an intimation to you on the discrepancy in the form.
