26 August 2013 I have another query that in Abatement & RCM the service receiver is able to received Cenvat Credit ? If yes, then in which cases ?

26 August 2013 As per the provisions, under RCM, cenvat credit cannot be used and it has to be paid by cash only. Such RCM payment can be used as cenvat, if eligible for your output service.
