my sister is taking coaching from bansal classes , jaipur (prepares students for JEE in engineering) can we claim deduction under 80c for her coaching fees which include element of service tax too?.

THE DEDUCTION IS AVAILABLE ONLY IN RESPECT OF TUITION FEES FOR WHICH THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ISSUES A CERTIFICATE ASK BANSALS TO PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE
