28 April 2012 what do you mean by deemed dealers??
kindly explain the statement deemed dealers not covered in audit whose tax liabilty more than 1cr

30 April 2012 deemed dealers are the persons, as given in explanation to sect. u/s. 2(8)which defines the word DEALER under MVAT Act.
