Can a company give staff advance in cash more than Rs. 20000... ? Would it lead to violation of 40A (3)?
Actually company is a gta... n if company has to make lorry payment of Rs.60000, then it make payment of 35000 for lorry hire and pay balance to its staff... n next day staff ka advance reverse kar dete h...
is it allowed ? if yes, then it would b a loophole
