Does paying Exgratia over Rs.20000 Comes under the preview of this section if yes please provide me with the law.
And also salary for one employee over Rs.20000 comes under this secion or even if i am paying it for more than one employee will attaract it.

Yes for Exgratia and Salary. No if you are paying to more then one employee and each recieving less then 20,000/-
