29 September 2014 if Balance sheet and profit & loss signed by another ca and 3cd form is uploaded by using another ca's digital signature.then what will be the solution and disadvantages.

06 October 2014 it wont be considered as a valid tax audit report. the Form 3CB should be signed by the same CA who is uploading the report online on income-tax website.
