my father is doing Pawn broking business.we are not covered under 44AB. we are issuing loans more than rs.20000/- & receiving back in cash. will this be covered u/s 269SS, 269ST ?? kindly clarify.

Section 269T and 269SS shall be applicable to all the persons irrespective of 44AB audit or no.. doing pawn broking business.. it is covered,,
