28 June 2013 If i fail to file 1st Qtr. TDS return(24Q) with in 15th july, then it can be file with 2nd Qtr. return without penalty.

28 June 2013 TDS return first quarter due date is 15th July. incase fails penalty will attract after that when ever you file. penalty Rs.200 per day.on demand you can pay the penalty
