24 Q salary tds return

15 July 2010 In the return there are some employees whose salary is not taxable after taking deduction or transport allowance,HRA etc, Should i give their detail in the return or not ?

15 July 2010 The detail of such employees should be given in the TDS Return. You may show the tax deducted as NIL.
