29 December 2010 As per the act the threshold limit is Rs.30000/-

i booked a invoice on 1.6.10 Rs.15,000/- (No tds deducted )

2nd invoice booked on 8.10.10 Rs.18,000/-
here i deducted tds to the total amounts of Rs.33,000/-
qn. 1. if interest on tds is applicable on 15,000/- which was accounted on 1.6.10 on accounted of delay payment
