What is the procedure of Filing Online Form 15 G to Institutions other than bank? Where it is to be submitted? As in case of Banks,it is uploaded on Bank's Site. But what about other Incomes such as interest on Unsecured Loan?

The procedure for submission of the forms by the deductor has also been simplified and now they would allot a Unique Identification Number (UIN) to all self declarations, according to a Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) notification.
Submit 15G and 15H online:-
Vide Notification No 76/2015/F. No 133/50/2015- dated 29th September 2015, Ministry of Finance, Form 15G and Form 15H can be furnished in any of the following modes

Dear Sir, Thanks for the reply. But I still didnt get the form which i have to submit. My query is where the electronic form will be uploaded ? How can get that form. Also the link you provided is not accessible
