Respected members, Under which section [139(1) or139 (4)] I will file income tax return of my father for the F.Y 2015-16 (A.Y. 2016-17). If I want to file the return tomorrow I. E. 23/3/2017.
If your answer is 139 (1) then what if I had filed the return u/s 139 (4).what should I do now and what are it's consequences.
Please look into the matter and reply. All replies will be highly appreciated.
