A firm has received remittence .The foreign remittences is transferred to City Bank in firms' name. Thereafter, same is transferred to partners capital account. No staff expenses, partners salary expenses, administrative expenses found . Is this firm eligible for deduction u/s. 10A

there are certain conditions for section 10A deduction i assume that all those conditions stand satidsfied if that is the case no problem in getting the deduction
