26 October 2013 Can Any One Can Explain Me That "Why There Is 0% CST Is Applicable On Purchase Of Goods From Union Tartary (U.T.) (Eg. Daman)

At 0% also we have to issue "C" Form?????

07 November 2013 0% against Form 'C' is available in UT (Daman) which is notified by the UT Government.
However, C form has to be issued against the interstate sale for claiming concessional rate of tax. Otherwise, such concession shall not be available and the Authorities may charge higher rate of tax applicable.
