27 January 2012 A pvt. comp was unable to pay its debt to a creditor, who later on filed a winding up petition against the comp.
Now what can be the defences that can be given by the comp & what the comp should do after such an petiton filed against it?

27 January 2012 Dear Amritha

You have to Create some dispute on the Money Owed against your company.Some how shoe that the amount you are Liable to give is a Disputed you are not admitting your Liability.

As Winding up court is not a Court for Recovering of Moneies.

Other things depends upon facts of your case.
