Our on client providing following item on lease basis
1)200 TPH crushing Plant
2)Electrical system all kind of items required for connection from electricity polls of Govt dept inculding pols, transformer, Electrical panel,water Distribution system, Overhead HT Lins.
3) Weighbirdge 100 MT
4) Furniture, AC Conditioning, Laboratory Equipment, Workshop equipment..
The client charge Rs.100000/- per month under lease rent and we have deducted TDS @ 10% on invoice value.
The TDS is applicable 10% or 2%. Pl. give your opinion
