Yes under Sec 194C it is deductible on Printing. If you purchase stationery directly from the market TDS is not applicable. But if you get the printing done then TDS would be applicable

only if u provide the material for printing then it amounts to works contract under sec 194C else it would be contract of sale and no tds is applicable.
